2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use l89l, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party. Using the platform to place bets or manage funds on behalf of another person without their knowledge or consent is prohibited.

Players who have self-excluded and attempt to circumvent the exclusion will have their accounts permanently closed and remaining funds returned after any mandatory hold period.

Where suspicious activity is detected, l89l reserves the right to place a temporary hold on an account and its associated funds while an investigation is conducted. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not receive a refund of any deposits made during or prior to the investigation period.
